Hi there! My name is Marie, nice to meet you! I’m passionate about supporting you on your journey towards a healthier and happier life by helping you get to the root cause of your problems, healing past trauma and supporting lasting holistic transformation based on self-reflection, curiosity and compassion. My job is to help you see yourself clearly, so that you can make and keep doable, small promises to yourself every day that pave the way towards changed behavior and the life you want. This is where healing takes place. I'm a Holistic Nutritionist, Health Coach, CBT Coach and Yoga Teacher with experience in stress support, trauma-informed care and chronic disease management. My own journey got me here: countless allergies, migraines and digestive issues forced me to embark on this healing endeavor. Eventually, I uncovered my past traumas and unhealed experiences that kept me in cycles of low self-esteem, destructive coping mechanisms and suffering. My personal endeavor of healing myself has taught me the incredible healing and transformative power every one of us possesses. Healing physically, emotionally, spiritually and psychologically allows you to live in authenticity and wholeness and makes room for love. It’s my purpose to guide and support you on this path from lost and desperate to empowered and healthy. When I’m not working, you’ll find me out in nature walking my dog Mowgli, on the mat during my yoga and meditation practice, in my hammock reading anything from poetry to the latest science, cooking or baking with friends, capturing the world’s beauty on camera or with pen on paper, writing, or playing my Western African harp, the Kamale Ngoni.

    Each module of the course comes with a workbook (pdf) where you'll find the content in text form as well as exercises to support your work throughout the module. The lessons are also delivered in downloadable video or audio format. The course comes with a recipe collection and additional resources that you can always refer back to.
